Starting this thread in hopes that people will post where they see Tacoma TRD Pros at dealers around the US. This will help those of us that are looking for one find something that is potentially close to us. Yes, you can use autotrader or cars.com, but they don't always show all of the available trucks.

    Thanks,
    Jon

I was just informed that a Tacoma Pro Inferno Access Cab has arrived at Miller Toyota. I think it's in Anaheim, CA. It is exactly what I wanted except this one does NOT have the $650 tow package, so I will wait a few more weeks.

Hope someone can give her a good home.

Yesterday I saw an Inferno Tacoma Pro Double Cab at the Ontario, CA Toyota dealership. They just got it and it is still in the back of their used car/over-flow lot.

AFIK, the "tow package" you get on the TRD pro is all of a shitty hitch.... you dont get the actual tow packet with 7 pin harness, class IV hitch, upgraded battery / alternator and trans cooler (auto)

You can actually get the full tow package on the TRD Pro with all the coolers etc....they just aren't doing very many. Of the 18 Pro's scheduled to come to NorCal, only 3 have the factory tow pkg and all are SBDC Inferno. Hopefully one of those three will end up in my driveway soon....dealer is still trying to get it for me...supposed to be built 10 / 20 / 14

BTW nd4spbh...really like you Bed Light set up....very clean and well documented post!

I am in Mass. I just picked up a inferno TRD pro double cab with the full tow package yesterday in springfield mass. Balise only one they have, but they are coming to NE in the future, Balise is likely the biggest dealer in NE so allocation wasn't an issue.

Drove it for the first time with 2 miles off the lot. I am loving this truck!

Mossy toyota in pb has a black trd pro 4 runner. Looks real nice on the outside, interior feels cramped and too nice for an offroader.

gotcha, definitely get the full tow package its worth it for the peace of mind. I saw trans temps hit ~ 200*f towing my small boat (~2200lbs) up the back side of the grapevine at 70mph in 110*f ambients. i dont know what it would of hit without the tow package!

and thanks for the compliments on the bed lights, i love them and use am all the time.

Toyota San Diego is getting a Pro, Inferno, Access Cab on Monday. This was going to be mine. Then they told me last minute it would have a $5,000 premium attached. I asked them if they knew where they could stick the vehicle and he got pissed. No worries, I had one order from another dealer as backup. It will be a few weeks later, but this dealer DOES NOT do dealer markups. In fact they gave me a contract with $100 off sticker. (I know, still unacceptable to most).

FYI This Pro in San Diego DOES have the real tow package.
