No DRL for 2007 DCSB

Indigo Blue 4 door 6spd 07 4x4 TRD Offroad.

TRD, filter and exhaust system. Red line hood struts, New frame, Truxedo cover, Spyder pro headlights, 3" lift, 17" wheels.

I was wondering if one of you guys or gals may know the answer, my 07 Taco 4x4 DCSB does not have DRL and i'm curious about this. The year later i think did, wonder if it's a programmable feature.
