Recently when I brake, I get this slight creaking noise and feeling and I feel it under the front end of the truck. Time for new rotors? or maybe something else?

A creak, huh? Never heard of a creak, maybe a squeal? I would recommend cleaning everything up and blowing everything out with compressed air. Then see If there is abnormal wear on the components.

Do you feel a shudder when braking? Might have to turn the rotors if you feel a shudder.

If it wants to keep going when you stop, you might want to check the wear on the pads. Might be time for new brake pads.
The "shudder" feels like if you are driving down the road and you tap your breaks on and of...on then off.
Sometimes, you can feel the shudder in the steering wheel also.

You would have to get someone to check the rotors. Can't really tell by looking at them, unless there is something majorly wrong with them.

Sounds like it may be axle wrap you're experiencing.

That's what I was thinking and the creak was the rear leaf spring shackles.

But that's just what mine does on occasion.

Check your calipers. Sounds like you might have one of the pistons frozen.

what do I do to check all these? for example, like a checklist to rule things out or determine what it is? and I doubt it would be the leafs, as it only does it on the front end?

BUMP EMERGANCY BUMP. While coasting home it sounded like the wheels were goin to fall of the front. When I break everyone around could hear it creak. It also felt like the back brakes made the whole truck brake. Any advice is appreciated. I am putting it on the jacks as soon as my dad gets here.

How many miles on the truck?

You stated you recently did the front pads, have you ever done the rear shoes? Also how does your parking brake feel?

80,000 miles, the adjusted the rears and ebrake is good. (it works like always?) and I heard a pop in the neighborhood and now there are like these rusted metal spots on my plastidip on the drivers front rim.

After the Pop how did the brakes feel? I would definitely get the wheels off the front and do a thorough inspection of the front calipers.

sounds like a caliper may have lost a piston.
