Yeah, so long story short I found my General Grabbers on craigslist a over 2 months ago. The person was telling me Tanner Foust drove this and was pointing at the SUV on Top Gear USA. I was kinda skeptical, but he was selling a nice set for $500. He was telling me the stuff they did on the show and how he bought the SUV for $500 after the shoot and just wants to get his money back lol. They are the non DOT approved versions "Racing purposes only" meh.

My friend saw this picture today and sent it to me. It will be on Top Gear USA tonight 10/21/14 on the History channel.

I duno I was just kinda tripping out lol.

Top Gear America is worse than the Honey Boo Boo show. How it's still on TV is beyond me.

If you don't constantly try to compare it to original Top Gear and just watch it for what it is, it's a pretty good show.

Certainly better than any of the 300 variants of Real Housewives on every other channel.

I like the show. The way they try to screw each other is obviously scripted, but funny.

Yeah I like the regular Top Gear more too. I it's the first and probably the only episode I watched so far lol. Oh I checked them for plugs and patches they were clean it was probably scripted for the show lol. Unless I bought the spare they swapped.
I'd like to get another set of DOT approved Generals one day those things bite hard off road. It amazed me and my friends I let drive my truck.
I'm thinking of getting a set of Duratracs for daily driving/road trips and random off road and keeping those Red Lables just for off road trips.

The guy who bought the SUV paid $500 for it?

    That was a helluva price!

And the BBC version is so much better.... though I agree I'd still rather watch the US version over almost any other crap on TV.

You summed it up perfectly. I can't stand Top Gear USA. Those guys are tools. Only Tanner can drive for shit and the other two fucksticks aren't the least bit funny. Add to that, they pretty much copy everything BBC does.

Now... The Australian version is pretty funny.

BBC is the Gold standard though and I've seen every episode.

    OP... Regardless, that's pretty cool.
