Dimmer on steering wheel radio controls?

    General question...

    Can anyone tell me if the radio controls on the steering wheel and the "AUTO" down window button on the driver's door are supposed to work with the dash light dimmer switch? In my 2015 the illumination on those is either on or off and they aren't very bright in comparison to the rest of the dash lights.
