No idea what model I have

A deer ran out in front of the wife and I am in the process of getting parts.
I need 1 headlight getting both front grill and bumper cover and assorted hardware. But I don't know what model I have.

2006 4 dr 4x4 looks lower than some others I've seen.
Has the LSD option Button on dash you push to lock it in.
Does not have the rear outlet. It does have the hard tonneau cover
which looks factory. 6 lug rims the only markings are SR5 V6 on the tailgate. Any Ideas

 

You have an SR5, non TRD. And that's a locking differential, not an LSD.

 

SR5's don't come with the locker , only the TRD Offroad

 

For the parts you need, just tell them you have an SR5 model. The headlights, grille and bumper covers are all interchangable between the 6 lug models, the difference is the TRD Sport grille is painted to match, SR5 and TRD Off Road grilles are chromed plastic. The headlights and bumper covers are the same for that model year.

 

Check the VIN, it knows all and tells all

 

To most people, it's just a bunch of letters and numbers.
