I went hunting this evening, and when I got back to my truck (2010 4dr 4wd lb) I unlocked it and put up my gear in the back. I noticed a humming sound, like a small electric motor, which seemed to be coming from somewhere between my back two tires, although I couldn't specifically locate it. It lasted maybe two minutes and then stopped. Never heard it before though...anybody know what that might be?

    thanks!

I believe there is an evap vent solenoid that does a self test. It is located near the gas tank. That is probably the sound you are hearing, but I might be wrong.
