    Hey guys,

Picked up a 2008 DCSB Sport 4x4 a few weeks ago and have been in the process to getting all the fluids changed, driveline greased, etc. Just getting it up to speed so I know where it sits as far as maintenance goes.

The truck has some sort of spacer lift on the front end and what appears to be factory rear leaf pack in the rear. I'm trying to determine if the rear leafs I have are the TSB version or not. I have been under the assumption that since the truck has 285/70/17s installed that they wouldn't fit under a non-TSB leaf pack so that these must be the improved TSBs.

Attached is a picture of what's installed on my truck. If someone could help me confirm which one I've got, that'd be great. Would help me decide if I should get Dakars or a 3-Leaf Progressive AAL with my OME 885s.

TSB has 4 leaves, which is what you have there. So either that is TSB or someone added a leaf.

Hmmm. I hadn't thought about the possibility of someone already adding a leaf. Are we thinking it is the very bottom leaf? The end profile is different than the others as it is rounded where the rest are square.

    Thanks for the feedback, guys!

It's been about 10-12 years since I've owned a vehicle with leaf springs (I design suspension and performance parts for the turbocharged tuner world) so it'll take some time for me to learn everything there is to know/dump too much money into this truck. No worries, though. It always happens.

Looks like it's time to order Dakars.
