Entune turns off any time my phone receives a text?

I have my phone linked with bluetooth to the audio system on my 2014 Tacoma TRD offroad. Any time I receive a text message or try to load messages the entune system turns off and restarts. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

 

What kind of phone and have you contacted your dealer?

 

Mine did that too you have to go into setting and change that. It is fixable, you don't need the dealer?

 

I have a Galaxy S4, I didn't contact my dealer because I wasn't sure if there was an easy fix to it that I didn't know.

Go to Apps, messages, then settings. You can click on how messages are delivered and such.

 

Did it work?

 

It seems to have worked. Sorry, I had to wait for a break from work to go out and test it. I got into settings and changed one of them and then changed it back to how it was and now it seems to work properly. Now I just need to try to change it so it stops loading every message I have on my phone because I think that might be stressing it a bit. Thank you!
