I had my rear seats folded down to transport something and removed the rear headrests so the seats folded down all the way. When I put the headrests back on I accidentally put one of them on backwards and now its stuck. I've pulled on it as hard as I can without getting to the point of damaging the headrest.

Short of taking it in to have a dealership look at it, does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove it??
