Uni Chip question

I have a 2011 tacoma v6 4x and was wondering if it is even worth purchasing the uni chip for my truck. I have installed on the truck a TRD cold air intake, trd catback exhaust, doug thorley short tube headers and a URD MAF sensor that is mapped for the trd cold air intake.
will the urd maf sensor and the uni chip work together?
am i putting to much onto the trucks computer?

would the unichip basically counter act the urd sensor or just make the urd sensor useless

I'm wondering the same thing and have same mods, except I have long tube headers.
