    Programming Immobilizer Key:
    1. Purchase a Mini VCI 16 Pin OBDII Cable Cars Diagnostic Scanner For TOYOTA Techstream w/ CD from ebay.com or Amazon.com for around $25.

    2. Follow instructions on this site to get Software and OBDII cable going on Windows 8 x64: 3. Program Immoblizer to accept the key:
    http://www.rav4world.com/forums/96-4-3-general/92843-adding-extra-key-using-techstream.html

    Program Remote using these instructions:

Thank you! Worked perfect on my 2015.

I did have the create the C:\Program Files (x86)\XHorse Electronics\MVCI Driver for TOYOTA TIS

folder before i could copy the driver files over.

Not MVCI cables are the same. I bought one from Ebay and it fried the USB port of my laptop when I plug the other end into the OBD II port. Luckily it was a really old laptop.

This method works perfect...quick note though...you can't add keys if you only have the grey valet key....learned that the $150 way at the dealer...also those cables can be installed on Windows 7...the instructions are available online.
