    I have a 2014 Tacoma Regular Cab 4x4 with 6 lug 16" steel wheels.

I just ordered a set of 16" alloy rims that come with the SR5/TRD. I also ordered the 12x 1.5" thread mag type lug nuts. Since my steelie lugs wont fit.

Is there anything else I need, will the rims fit okay?

yep that's all you'll need, and what do you mean by tpms adjusted? they are the actual valves, and they can be transferred, I believe. I recall reading somewhere that the angle is different on the steel vs alloy ones, but I think it can be fixed by flipping them 180 degrees

I just did this, going from 16" steel wheels to 16" FJ Cruiser alloy wheels.

The new wheels came with the new lug nuts so I was okay there.

The TPMS will not work on the alloy wheels, due to an angle difference in the mounting between the steel and aluminum (20 degrees v 40 degrees IIRC). I searched on TW and learned that, as noted above, you can flip the TPS 180 degrees around and the steel wheel TPMS will work in the alloy wheels.

The tire shop called bullshit on that, but I asked them to humor me and try it, and it did work. They were impressed and learned something (thanks, TW).

They did tell me that when I have the tires dismounted in the future to be sure and tell the shop doing the work about the TPMS being rotated before the tech starts to dismount, to avoid damage to the TPMS. That info was also contained in a thread I found here on TW.
