regearing for wider tires

    6 inch fabtech lift, Bilstein front coil-overs, rear procomp shocks
    i have a 2006 prerunner SR5 V6 and i was thinking about getting 12.50 wide nittos, should i regear my truck? ive heard i should and shouldnt so i wanted to hear your guys' thoughts about it, what do you think

    TRD supercharger, TRD exhaust, skids, sliders
    If the only portion of the tire that has changed is the width, then regearing is not necessary.

    Only regear if the tire is taller, and so much taller that the performance of the vehicle is greatly impaired.

    like your old ten speed bike
    width doesn't affect power as much as taller
