I have a new 2015. Lift is 6" procomp stage 1. Shocks are stock bilsteins that came with the truck. Whenever I roll over a speed bump, even pulling into a driveway, I get a front end suspension squeek.

What is likely to cause this on a brand new lift?

I've already taken it to the shop (4WheelParts) that put the lift on and they fed me some BS line about lubing something (can't remember what he said.) Whatever he fed me was BS because it still squeeks.

ProComp drop brackets are fairly infamous for having a squeak right where the big center bolt is on the front cross member that attaches it to the frame. As the frame of the truck twists ( which it does constantly over the smallest bumps ) the drop bracket rubs against the frame right there. I tighten the crap out of mine a couple times a year, people will actually throw a weld bead at that spot to kill the flex and rub.

    i'll give you my take

    stock suspension uses rubber bushing
most aftermarket use polyurethane bushing(harder and last longer)
polyurethane bushing need to b greased up good before install because they make squeaking noises.

i was rushing last coilover install i did on my old TL and forgot to grease the bushings and had to redo it all to grease them up.
yes the grease will go away and need more later but if you put none it squeaks like hell.

    hope i explained it correctly

Are you positive that the squeak is coming from the front?

If you could get a buddy to cycle the suspension with a floor jack while you are down near the front watching/listening, it'd be easy to narrow down the possibilities.

Also check out the sway bar real close for anything that it might be making contact with. I've heard that 4WheelParts in notorious for installing the sway bar backwards when installing the drop bracket lifts. Got a pic of yours?

It is actually not a mistake if the sway bar is flipped upside down for example the older Procomp kit used a super short sway bar relo spacer and oriented the sway bar in the OE direction but the downside of that was the sway bar link hardware hit the coils commonly and was also very close to the back of your tire. The newer kits use a completely different sway bar relo bracket that is about 4-6" tall and flips the sway bar and links upside down which eliminates the proximity to the coil problem. The upside down sway bar and upside down links is a much better set up.
