First one is a flashlight holder, you've got it upside down obviously, but you said that. The second things are designed that if you put groceries or 2-liter drinks or something, that they'd not get thrown around

 

round thing is a flesh light holder

skinny things are to keep tall objects from falling side to side when your seat is in position
