My truck is not a TRD model, but I am curious if I can purchase and install a power outlet in my bed?

Does Toyota sell what I need?

Anyone parting out a TRD and have what I need?

    Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you are planning but I've been looking at power invertors and eBay or Amazon has some nice units for a under a hundred. The rest is wiring and a receptacle

What are you wanting to use it for?

I know it wont even power a hair dryer for more than 15 seconds. Only use i've found for it is to wire up Christmas lights :D

Okay. I guess I didn't think it all the way through. That makes sense since it is 400 watts.

I was hoping to use it for a buddy heater in my bed. Living in Fairbanks, the bed gets a bit chilly, and I thought this would be a way to cut that chill a bit, but I am thinking it won't work for what I am wanting to do.

    Thanks for the replies!
