    Will I be able to reuse my stock 2013 ubolts if I am going with an add a leaf?

    the safe answer is no, because it will depend on which kit you are using, you might be able to but you need at LEAST 3/4" of threads showing for it to be safe, and u-bolts are generally only 15-30$ depending on which vendor you're using.

    lol what do the extra 3/4 of an inch of threads have to do anything with strength, other than getting hung up on a rock fucking up shit.

    OP its simple, contact what ever manufacture AAL you are going with, ask how thick the AAL is. Look at your extra threads on your U bolts (the straight section of threads not the first 1/8th in of tapered threads) Is the AAL thicker than the extra threads you have.... if so need longer u bolts, if not stock u bolts will work.


    You should be able to easily get away with a single leaf AAL (i rock stock u bolts with the wheelers 2 in single aal) and you could probably get away with a 3 leaf progressive AAL without the stock overload spring in. (this is all on the stock 3+1 leaf pack) BTW wheelers gives you extra u bolts on their 3 leaf progressive AAL, although i much prefer the single leaf AAL for better load handling.
