06 4-Door 6' Bed

Ok this is a bit weird. Started a few months back, when I first start the truck (2006 4Dr) I hear a rattle which sounds like it is in the dash. Any time after that initial start the rattle is not heard. Could this be a loose vent duct or harness of some sort.

Also with the stock CD player my CDs get very hot after a few songs have played. So far the unit has not malfunctioned, the CD just get really hot.
