I'm no mechanic, but how would a certain type of gas cause this? Is it such junk that it is not burning and there's leftover gas in the cylinders? Or is there a high water content, so the gas doesn't fully burn leaving fuel in the cylinders? You can perform a water content test on your gasoline.

Not seeing this as a solution of the cause of your problem. I would not write it off yet... 11% of your oil was fuel? That is a lot of fuel dilution by any standard.

I would get the injectors leak tested to see which one is leaking, before it hydrolocks the engine or wipes out the bearings and cylinder wall(s).

"If" a leaky injector was dumping that much fuel in the cylinders, past the rings and into the sump, I'd expect it to run like crap and get single digit MPG. I don't understand?? Can someone clarify?? Thanks!!

Years ago before injectors if the engine mounted mechanical fuel pump membrane ruptured - it could cause this - but I guess I don't understand how that much fuel can get into the oil otherwise with FI. ??

And I agree with Jimmyh - I don't think is solved until you are sure for the cause ....

Something smells like fish here. Seems like a hydrolock would have happened with that much fuel leakage.

The bulk fuel I used is farm fuel. I get delivery of 1000 galons at a time. Looks like the Toyota is sensitive to this because they're is 2 chevy silverados that use it with no problem.

That doesn't matter... It is not your problem.

    Edit Added:

Because their injectors are not leaking by the seats.

One or more of the cylinders probably runs super rich while the engine is running, then when the engine is shut off the remaining pressure in the fuel rail pushes gas out through the hanging injector. My guess is that the OP makes a lot of short trips with many starts and stops.

I've burnt farm fuel before and never had a problem. I don't do it frequently but I can't believe that is your problem.

I am going with this analysis. Suspect fuel leaking into cylinder after shutoff, then draining into crankcase, since "all other fluids are good" it's not losing water/coolant from the radiator.

There was a sort of crazy question asked back up the thread that I think would be worth answering. Will the oil that is removed light on fire?

    OP....if you try this....BE CAREFUL!

New Navigation DVD/CD/TV/AV/Bluetooth Stereo and seat mod spacers, 1" hubcentric spacers, seat heaters....
switching fuel solved the problem? hmm...farm diesel and road diesel are basically the same except for the dye to identify...

I can not figure why farm gas would really be any different than road gas, except there is a huge savings in gas taxes for farm purchases...

I would be leaning towards a balky injector draining off slowly after shutdown...
