Is putting icon suspension on a 2wd a bad idea?

I'm not a pro but Icons are for serious off-road performance, for their price it seems like the money might be better spent on something else. I'd go 5100's and put the G in savings into wheels/tires, audio, engine, etc...

We work really hard to offer a shock that performs well both on an offroad. Knowing the majority of Tacoma owners use the truck as their daily driver, then want to hit the dirt on the weekends. With that in mind it is our goal to have something that works good for both. Our standard off the shelf set up is great for most people, but some do end up re-valving to dial them in for there specific needs.

I see your point and it is valid. But sometimes some of us like to splurge on higher end quality parts. Like buying a TRD blower. Not a necessity but if you have the money to spare... splurge. I'm not getting younger anytime soon. Live life a little
