I've been reading this forum for years (hello!) and finally decided to get an account.

Stealership wanted a firstborn child for the 30k service, I decided to do it myself last week at ~45k. I take the truck in every 5k for an oil change, was there at 30k and they never mentioned the service. My bad for not checking sooner, I know. Guess I assumed incorrectly that they knew what they were doing.

What I'm curious about is now that everything was done 15k miles after the suggested schedule, is my warranty voided?

You should be fine, early plug change is for emission certification.

I work as an advisor at a Lexus dealer. Service is irrelevant as far as warranty is concerned. Plenty of customers only come to us for warranty issues.

I agree with what you've said, but there are service writers at dealerships who will tell people their warranty is void for failing to perform the various services at the different mileage intervals.
