I would say stay away from any of the 6" drop bracket lifts, especially if you four wheel up there. If you have to buy one, put a chain on it so when you get done fishing you can pull it back in the boat. :D

What do you use your truck for?

6 inch pro-comp lift, LED lights under hood and in the bed,
i went with the 6 inch pro comp and I've regretted it ever since. its just a rough ride and cant flex at all. spend the extra money and go with long travel

Username, I've been looking at long travel kits, all pro In particular, I did a 3" lift on my truck the day I brought it home, 20 miles on it, ad a leafs in rear, and u bolt flip w 9/16 u bolts, built a front bumper w 5 ramsey, left Florida and moved to Alaska, once I got here, 33s, are not enough, I did trim and plate my cab mounts, when I did my lift! So your running 37s with just Lt and fender mods?

Yup. I could fit 37's on your truck right now. You just have to get motivated. Glass fenders help as they are wider and allow a wider backspacing (tires stick out more). The wider you can make it the less you have to trim. Look at the Arctic trucks site, they do 38's with about 3" of lift. http://www.arctictrucks.com/Pages/1326

Hilux, but same frame as taco. They drove it to the North Pole.

I don't know if all pro still makes them, but those seemed to be a good fit with a standard or +2" width.

Glassworks, Fiberwerx, Mcneil are all good choices but keep in mind they make their money off of race bodies and your order will get bumped for race car parts. Any of the glass companies are difficult to deal with, it is the nature of the business. Someone wads up a race truck and needs glass yesterday, and you get bumped. Long story short be patient and order them through a reputable company that will do the foot work for you. SDHQ, Polyperformance, Kartek, etc. Shipping to AK will suck. Another option is to make them yourself, lots of youtube videos on how to do so.

EDIT: I forgot about these. They had a set at Kartek last time I was there. I laid it on the floor and mashed it with my boots and it popped back into shape instantly. I don't know how flexible they would be at -40F, but there is another option for you- http://www.carid.com/2007-toyota-tacoma-body-kits/duraflex-body-kit-1217547.html
