After reading some negative reviews I still decided to give them a try. They had the best price on a uws tool box for my Tacoma. Well the product was delivered with a big dent in the lid. Don't know if they shipped it like that or if it happened during shipping. Called there customer service, and was asked if I could send pics, which I did. Today, I was told that they decided to file a claim with ups as it could've been damaged during shipping. I would now have to wait for ups to finish processing the claim before I would even be issued a replacement. What kind of customer service is this? I ordered a new tool box and that's what I should get. They can pick up the damaged one and send a new one. Then they should deal with ups if that's what they want to do. But, to make the customer wait out the process before they can get what the paid for is just total bs. Sorry for the rant but, figured I'd give a heads for anyone thinking of using them.

They are just being lazy and they want you to do the footwork for them. That's what the real issue is here. I have always had excellent experiences with them. I actually just ordered and received my Fox air bumps from them not too long ago. I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with them, I'll tell you firsthand that you experienced shipping damage. You should see the way UPS handles their packages

Oh my god. Lulz. You guys are ridiculous :D
