    Not much but ready
So I got rid of me access cover. In the process all the bolt that hold the bed rail in siezed.
So I drilled off the heads and lubed the bolts up with kb88. Couple of hours later I got out the vgrips. Now the retainer behind the box is spinning. What now. Do I have to pull box side. Help this is a disaster. All to mount a topper I got for trade on the access cover.

That is way too similar to what i had to do a couple months back. Sold my topper and got an access cover. I ended up grinding the bolt flat to the bed with a grinder, then drilling the bolt out. They key is to tap a small dent DIRECTLY in the middle of the bolt, then use a small bit to make a hole, then apply bigger bits to drill the material out. once youre close to the threads, use a pliers to bend whats left of the bolt out, and you should be able to pull it out.

Although none of my threads spun like yours, so hopefully you will be able to stop it from spinning while you're drilling with a vice grip or something. keep us posted....

sounds like it may be a good idea to remove the bolts when new and put anti seize on them
