2015 Access cab TRD 6' bed. BedRug bed liner installed by accessory shop. Does not conform well to wheel wells, large voids, puffy and ridges. Will be replaced and new one installed by shop, but has anyone else had this problem?

I have one on my 2014 and it fits very well. I don't believe they've changed the bed design from 2014 to 2015. Maybe you got a lemon or perhaps it was packaged incorrectly?

Thanks, hope it's the lemon thing, I'm having the new one installed Saturday.

Short story is we returned the product. We could see the replacement bed liner was going to have the same problems as the one the shop installed -- poor fit, including large voids to each side of the wheel well. When we called BedRug again, the very pleasant woman we spoke with initially restated that there should be no voids (as is stated in all the literature), but then went back and talked to an engineer. She came back with, well, there could be voids from 1/2 to 1 inch deep. Ours were worse than that, cosmetically unattractive and leaving the liner vulnerable to wear and punctures. We've seen this liner in friend's GMs and Fords where it fits as advertised. We're disappointed and looking to alternatives.
