I love my 2013 DCSB Off Road but just not sure I am ready for the 2016? So I just ordered a 2015 Sport DCSB and was lucky to be able to check all of the "I Want" boxes. It is being built on Feb. 11th or 12th and shipped to Toyota and arrive by Feb. 25th or 26th. Can't wait, and this time I am having the Dealership install a 3" lift with 285X70X17 Nitto All Terrian G-2, that way I get a 5 year 60k Warranty on it. I got white with grey innards then I will tint the front 2 windows to match, install new Y pipe with true dual exhaust through a Magnaflow 20" 2 in 2 out Muffler and an AFE dry filter.

Out the door for $??,???.?? can't say because my Buddy the sales mgr. who I have purchased 41 vehicles from over darn near 30 years swore to not say, but I will say it is way under 29K.

Is it Feb 25th yet? :D

    Yes it's a 4X4 and 5100 with AAL
2323 thanks for the Nitto info...I have had Nittos before and would rather have them than Toyo, even though they are related!

usafwx, sorry you feel that way, but I will tell you what, after 40 vehicles from the same guy and my trade ins, cuz I am so anal, are spotless all they have to do is a PDI and put it on the lot they make bank on them he can afford to give me killer deals on new cars and trucks. Oh and by the way I last year referred 12 BUYING customers to him so that does make a dif. No BS usa.

If you can get that price you could make a profit buying them and reselling them to CarMax if the 30k price another guy got was right.

I suppose I could but don't want to jeopardize my relationship with Dealer and besides that would be a lot of hassle without a dealers license. I am loyal to Toyota and there are others that get screaming deals besides me, if I knew I would get this much $hit for sharing I would have never posted. I didn't get a 2016 because I wouldn't get that good of deal on a new model style and I want to see how the new one goes over and will probably do a 2017 if they prove out.

What's the point of trading the 2013 for a 2015? It's pretty much the same truck. 2015 is even missing a few features.

Because it is my daily driver and I use it in my Construction Co. so miles pile up fast, really fast, so I usually trade every year and a half to two years.

OP, great job. I can understand getting a great deal from a dealer you've given so much business to. They'd be stupid not to do that for you if you've sent all that their way. Anytime you post about a great deal, though, you've got to expect those who didn't get a deal like that are sure to try and call bs. If they didn't get a great deal, why should you?

I agree on waiting for a 2017. If you trade every couple of years, no reason not to wait.

As far as the 2016s go, once they hit the lots, some dealers will be willing to make screaming deals on 2015s to make room for new inventory, while others will advertise their 2015s as 'no longer available like these' and mark them way up 'til they're gone.

Thanks glwood6, you hit the nail on the head. The biggest reason I stay with Toyota is resale, I got so horribly screwed when driving the big 3 I just couldn't take it in the rectum any more and yes Toyota has it's issues, but they do plastic better than anyone else and I just don't loose money so for that reason I don't get to upset with the haters

I bet there won't be many/if any 2015s left at that point. Toyota is good about inventory allocation so they don't have to mark down leftovers, especially a model like the Tacoma.

Ask all those who swear they would never buy year one of a redesign.
