2nd gen rims on 1st gen

I have a set of oem 2007 tacoma 4x4 6 lug rims I am selling. I have a buyer with a 1st gen 6lug. Will they fit ?

Yes, I once installed the 2nd gen 17" rims such as on the new TRD Sport on my 1st gen TRD double cab and they worked fine. They had the same stock tire size. The closest clearance was between the upper control arm and the inside side wall of the front tires but still did not pose any problems.
