I installed the Toytec Boss coilovers with LR UCAs and 2" rear AALs and shocks. Was a pretty easy swap overall. Pulling the UCA bolts out were the biggest pain in the ass of the entire install. I'll get some pics of the truck tonight and post them here.

No problem. I ended up ordering everything from Bilstein Lifts. Pretty much any of the major Tacoma lift sites carry the parts (Toytec, Wheelers Offroad, etc.). Bilstein lifts just happened to have the lowest shipping cost for my address.

Sorry, got stuck at work late today and it was dark by the time I got home. Here are a couple pics of the new truck parked next to the old truck. In this picture the new truck is only set to 2.5" front lift (and now it is set at a 3" lift), but this will give you an idea what it looks like. I'll get a current picture of it tomorrow for ya.

Ok thanks. What did you use in the rear? New leaf pack or added and have you had any problems with them?

Since the the truck is brand new it has the new Toyota multipack leafs that were used to fix the TSB in other trucks. So I just used a 2" lift AAL. I wanted to use the OME full leaf pack, but I couldn't get anyone to ship a set to me here in Germany.

Think about those AALs before your get them. I got AALs but with the weight I ended up with on my truck I had to eventually swap them out for AllPro Expedition springs. Other than that everything sounds fine.
