Strange Chattering on rear at slow speed, hills so on

Hi

I have a 07 TRD sport pack tacoma with LS rear differential.

I'm experiencing a chatter, vibration like at slow speeds sometimes, or when driving on hills as well. Mostly on lower speed, never on high speed.

I changed the rear differential following the post here, and added aditive, tried 2, 3 different oils and so on. Did not fix it.

I bought the car not too long ago, and don't remember if it had the chatter before unfortunately.

Now I went to the Toyota dealer, and had them change the oil in the rear diff. Same thing.

What do you guys thing that the problem would be?

Does it do it going up or down the hills?

Have you checked the universal joints? Center carrier bearing?
