So I have a 2009 Tacoma Prerunner (2.7L 4Cylinder 6Lug Manual Trans) that I bought brand new back in 2009 and now its got 75,000 miles on it.

I haven't really had to do much to this truck except the normal engine oil change, air filter, brakes, rotors and tires. It's been super dependable!

I'm trying to get a feel for what needs to be changed at this stage? I'd like to avoid taking it into the dealer for their scheduled maintenance. If you guys can help identify what needs to be done, I was thinking of buying the parts and just doing the work myself.

realisticaly, if you have only done oil, air filter, brakes and tires, then

    1. Grease u joints
    2. Diff fluid change
3.. check tourqe on drive shaft
    4. Check torque on suspension
    5. Coolant change

its all listed in the second link, just look over the checklists

How about realistically reading the owners manual for the maintenance schedule as has been suggested?

Stop asking to be spoon fed information.

Based on this statement, the need for this forum just went down dramatically.
