I'm wandering to the left. I just put Bilsteins in all 4 Corners set at .85" of lift.

I am running stock Dunlops 265/65R17 in my 2008 4x4 Sport

Do these numbers look right or should I take it back. Any recommendations

    Camber Left: -.20
    Camber Right: -.57

    Caster Left: 1.35
    Caster Right: 1.27

    Toe Left: -.01
    Toe Right: -.02

    Cross Camber: .36
    Cross Caster: .08
    Total Toe: -.03

Your Caster is below spec, which will amplify any wandering you may have. The only way to correct that is with after market Upper Control Arms that have more caster built into them.

I would have them re do it. Set the Camber closer to 0*. Toe is fine. If they re do it, have them keep it at 0*.

    Spec is

    Caster: 2.13* (+/- .75*)
    Camber: + .59* to -.75*
    Toe: + .077* to - .108*

I have found that running the following is best on our trucks:

    Camber: 0*
    Toe: 0*
Caster: 2.3* to 3.1* (most of the time, 2.8* or more can only be achiexed with aftermarket UCA's that add caster)

I was guessing as his sig didnt mention any UCA's as a mod, and his Caster is WAY high.....

How are you Caster numbers so high? Also, -.2* left Camber, and + .3* right sounds like they were trying to correct for something?

Sc4333, with those Camber numbers, if looking at the truck from the front, your tires are like this:

    \----\

Honestly, I am not sure how he managed to get the caster so high. I told the guy I would like the caster maximized and he got it quite a bit higher than I had expected. The camber was adjusted for the crown on highways, and to minimize pull.

It drives great and the bump steer is much less noticeable.

As for my setup, I used to have a Revtek kit on the front but recently took it off because of the harsh ride. Currently I am running stock UCAs w/ TRD off-road springs/struts. The truck has about 18k on it at the moment and everything in the front end is square.

Ok...Well...that explains some things. The front may "look" square, but with those numbers, its not. If you mostly drive on the highway, it might be fine, but if your driveng is 50% city, your gonna have some wierd tire wear on the fronts. And with th eCaster numbers, I can only imagine how funky the cam adjusters are. Glad to hear its working for ya. I never recomend going out of spec., and I have found a "Square" alignment is the best for our trucks.

If I remember correctly, Its the other way around, but it is not very pronounced at all. To the point where it is very hard to tell.

I'll post a picture up tomorrow if I get a chance.
