Wrong item sent

Don't you hate when you order something and when it gets here it is the wrong thing? I ordered a dash cover for my taco. Lots of sun here so I figured it would be a good idea. So what do I get in the mail? A cover for a Buick Rendezvous. WTF. Maybe the wrong color or even the wrong material. But this is a little overboard. Can't call today bacause they are already closed. Damn time diff. The box it came in had Buick on it. The packslip was correct. It's not like shipping stuff over here is cheap. I hope they send me a postage paid slip for the return. Thanks for listening. Just had to vent to someone.

 

I got wrong helicopter parts one time. After waiting 3 weeks for it. Lame.

 

damn...that sucks man. hopefully, if they are a reputable company....they'll take care of shipping and all.

 

Yeah...You should get an RMA with a UPS slip to return that and they should ship the right stuff without further charges...Good luck!!

 

when I ordered my shark fin adapter a few weeks ago, with the other sirius goodies, was so geeked to install it. Tear the whole truck apart go to install the antenna and I got the freaking female end instead of the male. I was so pissed, but it was my fault for ordering chinese eyed!

 

Emailed them. They emailed back ,told me they would check on it and call me in the morning.
