School me on rear seat covers (canine proof)

    Did this project today. I used to do automotive upholstery so this was easy and only took a few hours.
    Just some plywood, nylon carpet, 1/2" carpet foam padding, screws, hinges, and staples! I also did the backside and underside of the cushion and backrest.
    I'll be adding more trim to it for a "factory look" and dog needed accessories as time goes. I was even maybe thinking of putting this into production for those who don't have the time nor resources...

    When this thread popped up this morning, i thought i should add why i like my canopy in the back as opposed to seat covers.

    I can take it out in less than a minute to:
    1. Hose off (which came in handy when he used to get car sick) make sure to get water resistant covers
    2. Make room for passengers who wouldn't appreciate a hair covered seat cover

    I also cant stress enough the door covers which can be removed quickly (velcro) and the fleece console cover to guard against all the nail scratches
