Frame Rust Coating smell

I took in my truck about a month ago for the frame rust recall. They sprayed the frame and I got the truck back a few days later. Problem is, the smell!
I was expecting the fumes for the first few days but it's been a month and it still smells strong. I can even smell it inside the truck especially when I come to a stop. It's winter here in Maryland but I would have expected the product to stop smelling by now. Has anyone had this problem and how long did it last?
If the smell doesn't go away soon I was thinking of calling Toyota and telling them to order a new frame and replace it. What are the chances of Toyota actually doing this if the smell doesn't go away?
