Hey all! Just wanted to share this horrible comparison of a TRD Sport to a Raptor in the snow. First off, I kind of hate these guys from Fast Lane Trucks. They are Derpy and their content is parochial at best. Just watch for yourself and cringe...

I try to watch their videos, but their idea of "off roading" is driving down a gravel road. Fuck those wankers.

The taco looks like a sport but has OR stickers?

Looks like the Tacoma has the factory Dunlops and the Ford has the factory BFG A/T KOs.

Whenever they do any test involving traction they should be running the same tires on both vehicles. Nobody ever does that, though.

The funny thing is the taco could probably go as far as the raptor. I watched the vid. The tried to make it look like it was the offroad variant of the Taco.

At least compare the Raptor with a TRD Pro.......
I thought the TRD OFF ROADS were not available in double cab long bed....thinking it has stickers because he also says there is no rear locker and OFF ROADS don't come with Bridgestone Duelers...Stock tires on Tacoma Sport are terrible....replaced mine with bfg a/t @ 750 miles....

I'm really super excited that you just linked to their channel and are giving them free views/revenue.

I don't know if you're actually autistic or not so I won't comment on your intellectual prowess.

Weird the Bridgestone's actually have good reviews and most guys here don't have an issue, not really an off road tire either but a decent AT.

The fact that anyone compares the Tacoma to any F150 drives me nuts. It's a completely different category truck. Why don't they compare it to a TRD Pro Tundra? Or anything else in the full size category? What's their next test going to be, a stock WRX STI vs a top fuel dragster in the 1/4 mile?

I moded 1999 Taco so much it had turned to Land Cruiser

Fun video, I wonder what they did when both of them got stuck, ....
called Land Cruiser to pull them both out?
    :D

Also Electronic traction control is worth shit especially in the snow,(Regardless how much Toyota or David K praise it)
That Raptor has mechanical lock (electronically controlled) and front Limited slip.

Tundra would not do any better, There is no rear lock on Tundra and its even heavier. Tundra would have failed even more miserable.
