    Yah...

The first couple years of the 2nd gen were a weak point. Then the factory strengthened it.

But, there are further reinforcements available from metal fabricators on TW.

Oh yea, I told them that before I even ordered it haha. Like I said, I'm actually pretty OCD about my vehicles.

That's the one I found too! I'm talking with Eric right now actually.

I've had a few new vehicles in the past. Within a day or two I always give it a quick once over myself - Wash, towel down, Wipe down interior, parts/body/trim fit, paint issues / color matching, etc - check everything real good. Body issues, paint, trim, scratches, dents, etc. can be addressed at the dealer - but waiting too long make for trouble. Beside I always enjoy the first cleaning / wash of new car.

Absolutely not.... as others have said spend a bit of time yourself to do it.
Rail dust and other containments need to be removed with a clay bar before you wax.... I'll be doing just that as soon as it warms up a bit. I can feel the imbedded particles with my hand and a quick use clay bar will get rid of the same. The dealer insisted on the cursory pre-deliver clean and it was OK but a far cry from what is acceptable to me. I did the interior and now it's time for the outside finish. Maybe Zanio maybe not?

Bed lined the rear bumper caps, LED lights in the interior, rear bed LEDs, red letter glove box inserts, center console coin box, set of Wildpeaks from my 2014 Tacoma that I traded in and removed the factory running boards.
they do a PDI on the truck. they just wash and wax generally. It depends on the dealership. Your best bet is to do it yourself. being its new and all the paint should still be prepped for wax by doing a surface prep with a clay bar from Auto Magic. Then put on a an blended carnauba wax. I've been detailing for over 20 years. If you have any questions IM me and I can help you out.
