I am fixing to order some Bilsteins set at 1.75 for my double cab. I talk to a local guy who used a coil spacer and he said he needed a wheel spacer to keep from rubbing the control arm. Is that needed when lifting with the 5100's? Also I thought I read somewhere on the forums that the rear bilsteins do not fit the 2015 models?

Thanks. Only lifting for now. Probably put ballistics on down the road.

I didn't need spaced. Stock rims or aftermarket with 265/75/16. You will be fine.

looks like my tire's are slightly rubbing the LR uca  it looks like it's barely keeping the dust rubbed off what is the smallest wheel spacer I can get? I want to keep the tires inside the fenders as much as possible 265x75x16 pro comp extreme mt 2's

I have 1.25 inch spidertrax adapters with 265/70 17 tires and they fit inside the wheel well. I have slight rubbing when turning sharply AND the suspension compresses a bit. The smallest I've seen are .9 inch adapters by Ichiba but they don't make them anymore. Maybe on Ebay.

Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
U can get wheel adaptors that are 1/4" that go on ur lugs and then the wheel goes on ur lug, like the equivalent to a washer on a bolt and nut. And theyre cheap. Something like this[IMG]

Those are not wheel adapters; those are wheel spacers. The difference is adapters keep the mounting face at OEM specs; whereas spacers move the mounting face outward on the lug bolts, increasing tension on the bolts and outside wheel bearings. There is a minimal thickness recommendation on spacers depending on bolt thickness and quantity. I would not go over an eighth inch. Spacers are certainly cheaper but use them cautiously.
