    Anyone have this problem?

Fortunately I have a soft tonneau and was able to fold it up, thus use the truck bed. Hasn't unlocked in a week, with either the key or alarm fob. I can hear the actuator making noise with the lock/unlock, but not physically unlocking.

    Ideas?

    Edit:
    Update on post 10.

Have you opened the tailgate cover to see where it's binding?

Pull off the tailgate cover and see what isn't working. It could be a couple different things. The actuator may not be moving far enough. Something may have bent.

    Thanks for the link.

So update, I was able to remove the screws on the upper side of the tailgate plastic, remove the top piece, the flex the plastic enough to slide my hand in and move the bar.

Not sure what isnt working. Once the tailgate cover was off I could watch the lock move with the lock button (and key), but no joy with the unlock. Nothing appears bent or binding.

For now I just pulled the power connection. Will contact the company this week and see what they can do.
