Some how you've gotten moisture in the headlight housing. Either there's a crack, the rubber boot around the bulb isnt sealed, or really humid air got in there when you changed a bulb. It's condensating against the plastic with temp changes.

Unfortunately it's kinda hard to take care of. You will need to make sure almost all moisture is removed from the housing before sealing it up again to get rid of the codensation issues.

An example would be removing the headlight and placing it in a low humidity environment with all the bulbs and bulb seals removed. Allow it to air out, then reinstall the bulbs and seals before going back into a humid enviroment.

Its just its really weird how its only on the passenger side , driver side dry as a desert .And the driver side I didn't put the rubber boot back either. I installed LED bulbs thats when it all started , I'll try to put the stock bulbs back and see if that works .

Moisture in the housing would be the only reason it would condensate.
