I mean... I have a whole aid bag I normally keep in the truck, but that's also cause I'm a medic and I know how to use my stuff. However if somebody on here needs a CAT, I'm sure we'd probably be able to hear about it on the news... lol

First Aid kits are always good to have, make sure you learn how to use the supplies inside. I also keep a fire extinguisher, random tools, ratchet straps, tow straps, and a couple gallons of water. Probably more stuff too, just can't think of it off the top of my head.

If you're going to be on the news you better throw one of these in your truck too..

I have found the addition of a Come-A-Long to be a worthwhile item to have in the truck.

No offense, but behind the back seat is pretty much the worse place for that seatbelt cutter to be. Especially if anyone sits there. While it is okay to keep it there if you need it for someone else, it is useless for you.

Something like that should at the very least be in the center console or glovebox. You can't keep everything within reach, but that is one thing that should be within reach.

Unless I am naked, I always have a pocket knife on me...so I am not worried about that situation.

Frolf is our hobby. We have about 25-30 discs. Taught my mom and my little brother and my boyfriend's dad how to and they like it a lot.

Sorry for continuing to rag on you, but have you ever cut a seatbelt with a pocket knife while you are hanging from it? You better have a damn sharp knife, be able to get both hands to the belt, and be able to control the knife while you are falling. I also carry a pocket knife 24/7, but it just so happens that my seatbelt is right in the way of getting it out when I am sitting.

The bottom line is that since they were designed for that purpose, those things are about a million times better and safer at cutting through seatbelts than a pocket knife.
