Is the 2nd gen antenna for satellite combined with the am/fm antenna or are they separate?

I am trying to decide how to relocate my fisrt gen antenna, and thinking the second gen harness and shark fin might be the ticket if I can get both the satellite and broadcast antennas in one unit.
