3" lift, aftermarket wheels, aftermarket grill, DERPED hood scoop insert and grill housing, 50" light bar on top of the cab.
I've searched and searched and searched some more. I found one good thread rhoppas. I followed it to an exact T i grounded out my switch than tapped into the Guage fuse for the switch. I ran a wire from my relay to my switch, a wire from the battery to an inline fuse, from the inline fuse to the relay and from the relay to my 50" LED light bar. I have tested the wires and from the battery to the fuse and fuse to the relay I've got power. and from the switch to the fuse box I have power but nothing in between if that makes sense? Can anybody please help?? I know its an ongoing topic but I just can't find anything

first of all did the light bar not come with a wiring harness?

do you have four wires connected to the relay? should be two power, one to the switch, and one to the lightbar.

Yes, post a diagram, it will help us more.

    You should have this,

    Switch:
    Pin 1: Ground
Pin 2: Ignition On (Gauge fuse)
Pin 3: To pin #86 on relay

    Relay:
Pin 30: Inline fuse then battery
    Pin 85: Ground
    Pin 86: To Switch (above)
Pin 87: Positive wire of led bar

    Led bar:
Positive wire: to pin 87 of relay
    Negative wire: ground

Edit: Post #4 will work as well

Yeap, cause pin 85 and 86 are the coil. One will hook up to 12v and one to ground

Note* Any electrical work should be done with extreme caution

Are you sure your relay is pinned the same or the internals? It may be a normal on relay and when you apply power it is switching off. Best get a multi-meter and read the power out pin with everything hooked up. Break down the connections and find where your vDC is stopping. Happy hunting.
