New to the forum, so sorry if the company has been talked about before, but saw a couple of posts that mentioned their name and when looking on the site, saw a deal that seems too good to be true.

I saw the Coverking Genuine Neoprene seat covers where I can get them shipped to me for $200 and after doing a live chat the rep said they are the same as the CR-Grade Neoprene Custom Seat Cover listed on the coverking website. That would be about a $150 savings, so just asking to ensure autoanything is legit and has good customer service.

While I usually believe if a deal is usually too good to be true, it is usually is, this seems like a great deal - thanks for any input for a forum newbie

They are great. Never had an issue with them and have purchased a lot of stuff from them. They were easy to deal with when it came to returns also. I would recommend them to anyone.

No problems when I ordered seat covers from them a few years ago. I even got a call from the manufacturer to verify that they were shipping the correct fitting covers.

I've ordered from them a few times, no issues. Tonneau cover, recovery gear, floor mats, etc. Everything came just fine.

They shipped me the wrong part last year and I sent it back. They would not refund my money. They said they never got it. I provided the tracking number and they would not respond anymore.

I did pay via PAY-PAL and they gave me my money back. The vendor never responded to their emails.

    Hit or Miss....

If anyone is considering ordering a specialized part, like a suspension system, which should take into account vehicle info and any pre existing modifications I strongly advise talking to a salesperson in real life. There are a lot of part numbers with very slight variations. Someone who doesn't know our trucks won't know this.

If you call AA or an Amazon supplier usually no one has any product knowledge. If you can reach them. They don't respond quickly and concisely. Also if you get the wrong part or order yourself the wrong part there is little compassion and it's hard to get a resolution for some people, like the post above.

If you think autoanything has anything but order takers your wrong, there gonna go down hill anyways because Vatozone bought the company and they only sell garbage accessories.

Keep in mind also that Auto Anything isn't a warehouse full of inventory, you place an order through them and that order is sent to another supplier or the manufacturer directly, which is why they ended up on my shit list having a "sale" on Bilstein 5100 fronts last year during a time they were all on backorder (Bilstein was out of stock and they had not rotated into production yet). Lots of people on TW ordered them, AA took the order on "in stock" items, charged credit and debit cards and when the shipping date came, they didn't ship. No emails were sent to customers regarding them being on back order, or that the shipping date would be delayed. You had to actually call them on the phone, ask about an order update and then they told you "we are showing that item on back order from the manufacturer, it will be a few weeks." Then it took 2 weeks to get a refund and IIRC, 3 months later those who didn't also call and ask for their money back were still waiting from Auto Anything. In the mean time, others went to different vendors who still had some in stock or knew of a distributor with some in stock.

I don't have a problem with companies who don't actually inventory items they sell, but to me it's pretty shady to charge for an order that won't be fulfilled for weeks (or months) and not update the customer on order status, delivery issues, or non-fulfillment. Me having to call them and spend 15 minutes doing what they should be doing FOR me, as a customer, and then waiting 2 weeks for them to free up money and refund me is total BS.

A/A is a good vendor, used 3 or 4 times.
If you are looking for neoprene seat covers, I just got a Costco flier, upcoming deal on Wetsuit brand seat covers. $15 for a pair. Checked it out on Costco and Amazon, good reviews, normal pricing from $20-$30, depending on vendor. Black/gray.
I have always used Wet Okole, but have yet to get a set for this truck.
    $15 gamble.

Just bought an Undercover Flex from them. I normally go Amazon, but amazon would not ship it to Hawaii for some reason.

So I placed an order with our local 4wheel parts store. Waited a month only to find out they lost my order.

Canceled the 4wheel parts order and went to auto anything. Got my tonneau cover in 4 days. Pretty amazing if you ask me being that im in Hawaii. Customer service was spot on. Couldn't be happier.
