2015 DCSB TRD off road

I would like to mount a couple cube led lights on the back of the truck but I'm not sure how to power them up. I would like to have them come on in reverse and also be able to come on with the switch I plan to install. I've never used a relay on any wiring projects do I have no clue what type of relay or how to wire it. I had a set on another truck but I had those installed by a pro. Also any pics of rear work/reverse lights would be nice.
