The air direction is stuck on the defrost setting and will not switch over.

I thought I would ask before I spend some $$ on a new control panel.

    Thanks Q

Pretty sure they are designed to default to defrost if the systems fail.

You may not need a new control panel. The blend doors could be stuck.

You have a vacuum leak. I am new to Toyota's so I do not know where to start looking for it other than in the engine bay.

I believe you'll find it's electrically operated motor.

I checked the control panel on a coworkers truck and it worked flawless.

the boost gauge I hooked up is showing good vaccum.

I'm leaning towards the blend door stuck or mode servo is bad

oes anyone have experience with the servo motors. I found some diagrams on them but when I took off the cover on the drivers side for the mode servo it wasn't on that side. I don't want to guess and spend a ton of money on the wrong servo..
