Ringing sound at 20 mph after lift

    I've had my lift in for maybe 1500 miles. I have a slight driveline vibe at 20 mph which is now accompanied by a high-pitched ringing noise. This just started, and happens only at a very specific speed, around 24 mph. Seems to be coming from the front. Any ideas?
