Map light bulb replacement, piece came off w bulb

Replacing map light. This came off with blown out bulb. Tried to put it on with the new bulb hoping it would make contact and light up, it didn't work. I even pulled away the metal reflective lens to see if I could solder it, it is too tight of a space.

Any other options? Do I need to buy a new overhead console or can I just replace the bulb socket?

It appears I can replace just the dome lights via pics I have seen. Looks like a few Phillips head screws hold it in place. Searching for that part # all over this interwebs.

What is the part # just for that piece?? None of the diagrams I find show that piece

 

Can I just order this part circled in red? All the overhead console diagrams do not show this part #

Also the piece that fell off came from right where the arrow is pointing.

You can try a used part, sometimeswill appear on this marketplace.

 

Maybe it's time to upgrade to a compass temp overhead console?? This sucks, a $1.49 bulb turns into a $100+ problem

it's not hard to fix that
