    Please help, anyone...

I get this intermittent whistling noise coming out of my A/C fan, located under the dash on the right side.

I attempted to take it to the dealer, they wanted $105 just to look at, I left.

So, I took a look myself, I found it fairly easy to take it apart and look at it. Once it was taken out, I blew it out hoping that would do something...nothing looked odd. But, it's still there. Does anyone have any experience with this or suggestion on what I can do to resolve the issue?

    Any help is appreciated, thanks.

It's likely the bearings in the fan blade. I'm no expert, but they may need lubricating. Don't go by my advice though. Are you out of warranty?

I'm not sure why people are bringing up clicking noises when you say a whistle sound. I have a brand new 21 Sr with 300 miles on it and I notice it when my A/C is on. It happens twice in a 7 minute drive. It lasts about 3 seconds at the most then goes away. Found a solution yet?
