Tsb?

What is the TSB and do I need to see if something has to be done?
I purchased my vehicle "used' only 12,800 miles. What do I need to look for and what do i say? I haven't quite learned the lingo.

Dealers aren't always willing to do TSBs. Generally if you're under 30k, and you can prove the issue in your vehicle, they will do it. Running into the dealer and telling them you want a TSB done doesn't necessarily cut it.
